Our Story
Hi, I’m Jake, the founder of Night Sky Land.
To me, land is the ultimate foundation; it’s solid, permanent, and straightforward. And that’s what I love about it.
I started this business because I enjoy the puzzle of a land deal. There are often many moving parts, title issues, paperwork, and logistics. My goal is to structure those parts into a clean, simple exit for the landowners I work with.
When I’m not researching property data or talking to sellers, I’m usually busy with one of my other passions. You can find me in the kitchen perfecting my famous fried rice, or out at the park flying radio-controlled airplanes. I like things that require a bit of technical skill and patience, whether that’s navigating a land deal or nailing a landing
Why Were Different
Many land-buying companies are focused on volume. We focus on quality.
Instead of buying up a huge number of properties, we work with a handful of sellers and take the time to get to know them. We're a small team, and we like it that way. We don't do the high pressure sales calls or automated responses. We run our business with integrity and transparency at the core.
